Horizontal Door Opener (single or double)

Each single-track or double unit can carry a load of up to 250 lbs. The Door opening system is universally configured to use either rocker switch, (RF) radio remote, or external 12 VDC/dry contact signals and power sensor module. Put two tracks together and you can open two doors with the same controller. Custom sizes are readily available. It is compact designed, to mount vertically or horizontally.

Vertical Step Back & Rise

INCA manufactures a complete hidden automation system that will retract a door in a wall by stepping it back out of its frame, then raise it vertically out of the opening for complete clearance. The Step Back and Rise comes completely assembled. The motorized moving bar can be made to hold a door, sized to your requirements. Each system has an external junction box.
