Flat Screen TV Swivel

The Inca remote controlled Flat Screen TV Swivel P/N 900803-4 is a self-contained machine driven by a synchronous motor. It is configured to run in any direction as required. The controller provided is a single channel RF transmitter/receiver. However, touch screen compatible controllers are also readily available. The base assembly is fabricated from 12-g stainless steel for long life. The swivel ring is 8.50” in diameter and 1.25” in height. Ports are provided to allow easy access of cables from the flat screen TV. The magnetic left and right default cams can be easily accessed from the outside of the swivel ring. A multi-pin aircraft connector, on a cable, is mounted on the swivel base. The external J-box is configured for easy attachment of switches, remotes, and other controllers. The synchronous drive motor extends below the mounting plate by 2.50”. A cable clamp on the center is provided, to keep the TV and power cables properly located. Manual stand alone TV swivel systems are also available.

Inca Low Profile

The Low profile automatic swivel is specifically designed for turning thin flat screen TV displays that are mounted on Inca flat screen TV lifts. Since the swivel ring is only 1.50” in height and 8.50” in diameter, this mechanism allows flat screen TVs to be mounted in height sensitive locations, such as the foot of a bed or beneath a window sill. These rugged units are fabricated from 300-series, polished, stainless steel. The swivel rings are made of deep-anodized aluminum. These units are ideal for use onboard yachts or any other place where corrosion resistance is required. The assembly is designed to drop onto any Inca flat screen lifting motor enclosure assembly. The strong, silent, synchronous motor will move the largest flat screen, and the magnetic, adjustable, default stopping cams will allow simple adjustments for the flat screen TV to rotate to any angle for viewing. The swivel also has a fully interlocked system to prevent the lift from moving up or down when the flat screen TV is not in its “zero position”. Aircraft multi-pin cables and connectors attach the external J-box where either RF or touch-screen controls may be located.

Plasma TV Pullout and Swivel Mechanism

The Inca Plasma TV Pullout and Swivel Mechanism, 900500-PS can be used to move a plasma screen out of an entertainment center or away from a wall, and turn the unit to any viewing angle. Strong and rigid, the base and moving components are made of 1/8” steel plate finished in semi-gloss black. The 5.75” Micro-swivel or the 8.50” heavy-duty swivel ring, are driven by a synchronous motor. The unique rolling cable tray allows for complete wire management of audio, video, and power cables. This system can be attached to a lift that will allow remote, automatic radio control for up/down, in/out, and left/right functions. A touch screen compatible controller that responds to 12 VDC or dry contact closure is also available. The magnetic cams allow the default stops on the swivel to provide any desired viewing angle. The automatic center finding feature fully interlocks the system so that it will not retract until it is at “zero” point, which is self-locating.

Flatscreen Sideslider Pullout with Automatic Swivel

The Flatscreen side-slider automatic remote operated pullout and swivel mechanism, P/N 900500-400-SSP-S is designed to hold a flatscreen, extract it from a concealment, and swivel it to any desired viewing position, all on remote control. The automatic, 8.50” diameter swivel is specially built just for turning flat TVs. The internal rolling cable trays accommodate your TV signal and power cables to provide cable management during motion. This machine can be operated by an RF dual channel controller or through programmed 12 VDC/Dry contact closure from a touch-screen system. All controls are attached via an external j-box, which is on a 25’ cable tether, to permit the installation of the controls in an easily accessed area. Custom sizes are readily available. This unit is shipped fully assembled, crated, and ready for installation.

Flat Screen TV Fold Down and Swivel Ceiling Unit
P/N: 900814-410-400-S
The 900814-410-400-S is specifically designed to store a flat screen TV in the ceiling and upon command, lower the screen into a room and then swivel it to a perfect viewing position. This motorized mechanism is all steel and aluminum construction, powder coated black for long life. All units are ready for TV installation. Control options are connected via a UJBX configured external J-box on the lift chassis, thru an aircraft 24-pin screw on connector. The external J-box is provided with 25’ of cable so that it can be mounted in a conveniently accessible location. Choice of control options for the 900814-410-400-S are a two button radio remote, or a two-motion sensor for touch-screen commands.
